Shipping Policy


【 Delivery Services 】

Customers can choose to pick up their orders at our Lai Chi Kok boutique or option for delivery via JD Express or SF Express.

  1. Boutique Pick-up (Lai Chi Kok)
    Once your order is ready, we will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange for collection.
  2. JD Express (Hong Kong to Hong Kong Door-to-Door)
    Estimated shipping fees are listed below. A surcharge of $10 applies to remote areas. The actual final charge is subject to JD Express's official billing.
    1 – 2 kg: $17.5
    2.1 – 5 kg: $27.5
    5.1 – 10 kg: $37.5
    10.1 – 15 kg: $64
    15.1 – 20 kg: $72
  3. SF Express
    Customers can choose delivery to an SF Locker/Service Point or door-to-door delivery. Rates can be checked directly on the official SF Express website:

【 Free Shipping Offers 】

  • SF Express Self-Pickup: Enjoy free SF self-pickup on cumulative purchases with a net total of HK$599 or above (after all discounts and promotions have been applied). Multiple orders can be combined to meet this threshold.
  • JD Express Door-to-Door: Purchase 5 or more packs of "Valley Mama" (山谷媽媽) snacks to enjoy free JD Express door-to-door delivery for your entire order.
  • Notes:  Spending on sale/discounted items does not count toward the above free shipping promotions.
    The above promotions are not applicable to overseas orders.
    We reserve the right to select or change the courier/logistics company used based on actual circumstances.
    In the event of any dispute regarding the free shipping promotions, Averyaidan Company reserves the right of final decision.


【 Combined / Separate Shipments 】
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will default to shipping everything together once all items have arrived. If you prefer to have your items shipped separately, please specify your preference in the remarks section at checkout.
(e.g., Combine shipments / Ship in-stock items first / Hold shipment until a specific product arrives)


【 Delivery Timeframe 】
In-stock Items: Processed and dispatched within 1 to 4 working days after the order is completed (working days exclude Sundays and public holidays).
Transit Time: Delivery schedules depend on the respective courier. JD Express and SF Express typically take 1 to 2 working days for local delivery, while international delivery takes 3 to 10 working days.


【 Payment of Shipping Fees 】
You can choose either "Cash on Delivery" (receiver pays) or "Prepaid Shipping" at checkout.
If you choose JD Express (Prepaid Shipping), the system defaults to a $17.5 fee. If the final package weight exceeds 2kg, we will notify you via WhatsApp to settle the shipping price difference before dispatching your order.


【 Overseas Orders 】
For international orders, we arrange shipping via JD Express, SF Express, or Hongkong Post. Please specify your shipping requirements and full delivery address in the remarks section at checkout. We will update your order remarks to confirm the shipping costs and estimated dispatch time.


Shopping Guide


【 Pre-order Products 】
Most products on our website are in stock. If an item you selected requires a pre-order, please check the estimated arrival time indicated on the product's pre-order tag. Please note that the estimated arrival time is a reference for when the item can be dispatched; the actual shipping date will depend on when the stock arrives in Hong Kong.


【 Mixed Orders (In-Stock & Pre-Order Items) 】

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will default to shipping everything together once all items are available. If you would like the in-stock items to be dispatched first, please specify this in the order remarks section at checkout.

  1. 【 Order Cancellation / Changes 】
    If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email for assistance.
    Order Status is "Preparing" :
    Our customer service team will halt the shipment and arrange for an order modification or a refund.
  2. Order Status is "Shipped/In Transit":
    If the package has already been collected by the courier, please return the product to us in its original packaging after you receive it. Once we verify that the returned item is in brand-new condition (e.g., the packaging is undamaged and the product is unused), we will contact you via WhatsApp within 5 days of receiving the item to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please note: The above return/exchange arrangements do not apply to certain overseas personal shopping (overseas purchasing) orders.


【 Out-of-Stock Items 】

Upon receiving an order, if we find that an item is out of stock, or if a specific size or color is unavailable, we will notify you via WhatsApp to arrange for an alternative style or a direct refund.
